Delivery
Where can my products be delivered?
You can have your packet delivered to your home. Our packets are sent by regular post.
At the bottom of the page you will find an overview of all countries we ship to. Some NeorniPharma products or substances contained therein may be forbidden in your country. Always verify your country’s guidelines before you place an order.
When will my products be delivered?
The delivery date of your order depends on your payment.
After we have received your order, we will send the invoice with all payment details to your e-mail address. Once your payment has been registered with us, your order will be processed. If you want to speed up the shipping process, please provide us with a bank statement or other proof of payment at info@neornipharma.be.
All our products are dispatched from our depot in Paal, Belgium. We dispatch every business day (Monday to Friday).
- The rule in Belgium is: order (and pay) before midday and it will be delivered to your home the following day. If you place an order (and pay for it) on Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday.
- The delivery period for other countries will depend on the regular postal services. We always dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible.
Can I collect my products?
You can collect your order from our depot (Beverlosesteenweg 129, 3583 Paal, Belgium). Our depot is open every business day from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
You must first place your order with us, however. We will notify you by email when your order is ready.
How much are the delivery costs?
We have a fixed delivery price for every consignment:
- Benelux: €10 (excl. VAT)
- Germany: €10 (excl. VAT)
- France/Austria/Denmark: €15 (excl. VAT)
- Italy/Poland/Switzerland/Czech Republic/Slovakia/Slovenia/Hungary: €22 (excl. VAT)
- Estonia/Ireland/Sweden/Finland/Croatia/Romania: €26 (excl. VAT)
- Other European countries: €32 (excl. VAT)
- Outside Europe: price on request
These prices apply to every order, regardless of the size of the parcel.
